1. Dr. Mei-Jung Wang
Dr. Mei-jung, Sebrina, Wang is Professor at National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, Taiwan.
Her research interests focus on computer-assisted learning, English for specific purposes, and tourism experiences. She established Asian Coffee Certificate (ACC) in 2017 and has publications on coffee tourism. She currently serves as the Board Member of TTRA APac.
2. Dr. Hsin-Yu Tsai
Dr. Hsin-Yu Melissa Tsai is an Associate Professor in the Department of Leisure and Recreation Management at the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, Taiwan.
Her research expertise lies in event planning, leisure and recreation programming, as well as recreational behavior.
She has published her work in esteemed journals, including the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, Event Management, Journal of Global Business Management, and Anatolia: An International Journal of Tourism and Hospitality Research.
3. Dr. Hung-chen Hsieh
Dr. Hung-chen (Paul) Hsieh is an Associate Professor and the director of The International Bachelor Program in Tourism Management (ITM) at National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism in Taiwan.
He received his Master’s degree from the Department of Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, U.S.A. Following his great passion in food, he earned an AOS degree in culinary arts at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York, U.S.A. In the journey of CIA, he acquired the core skills around food, wine, and restaurant service. Later, he pursued a higher degree and earned his PhD degree in the discipline of hospitality, tourism and marketing at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.
His prior work experiences include hotels and the foodservice industry. His research interests are in the areas of hospitality and tourism marketing and foodservice. His most recent academic paper was published in International Journal of Hospitality Management (IJHM) in March 2022.
4. Dr. Mark Gosling
Dr. Mark Gosling is an Associate Professor at the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, Taiwan.
He is from England and has been teaching in Taiwan for over 20 years. His teaching and research interests include tourism internships and tourism ethics. In his free time, he studies beer and is a beer Cicerone.
5. Dr. Meng-Jun Hsu
Dr. Hsu is an Assistant Professor at the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, Taiwan, specializing in hospitality information technology and electronic commerce. With a background in smart hotel technologies and hospitality information systems, Dr. Hsu brings a wealth of knowledge to our competition.
His expertise also extends to management information systems within the hospitality industry, making him a valuable resource for equipping future hospitality leaders with the necessary tools for the digital age.
6. Dr. Neil Walsh
Dr. Neil Walsh is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing & Innovation at Hotelschool The Hague, with extensive teaching and research experience in Critical Hospitality & Tourism Studies across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and the Netherlands. His recent Erasmus Staff Mobility project focuses on redefining graduate employability in hospitality education. Neil has innovated curriculum design, developed assessment policies emphasizing student agency, and holds a PhD in Tourism from the University of Otago, New Zealand.
