1. Young Skål
Young Skål is the category of Skål International organization, connecting the global tourism industry, with a focus on young professionals and students worldwide.
Its more than 12239 members, entailing of industry’s Managers and Executives, meet at Local, National, Regional and International levels to do business among friends throughout more than 306 Skål Clubs along 76 countries.
Responsible tourism is related to but distinct from sustainable tourism in that it focuses on what individuals, organisations and governments do to maximise the positive economic, social and environmental impacts of tourism. It is about determining and prioritising the important issues locally and addressing those purposefully and collectively.
It is also about stakeholders working together to create value and develop a better future. In line with Sustainable Education and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), JRTM advocates for responsible mindset, responsible behaviour and responsible management for the betterment of tourism industry and the local communities.
