Round 1: Proposal Submission
Submission Fee: 0
- Eligibility: Open to current undergraduate and postgraduate students in tourism, hospitality, or related fields.
- Collaboration: Submissions may be individual or in groups of 2 to 5 members, including a supervisor.
- Submission Format: Abstracts must be submitted in written form using the APA 7th edition reference format.
- Main Document Length: The full submission, including all sections (excluding the title page and references), should not exceed 1,000 words.
- Language: Submissions must be in English.
- Deadline for Round 1: The application period is from September 20, 2024, to November 10, 2024.
- Results Announcement: Selected abstracts will be posted on the conference's website.
2Round 2: Presentation (Conference Day)
- Date: Decembe 7, 2024.
- Eligibility: Individuals or groups selected from the first round.
- Format: All presentations should be oral, stand-up presentations delivered by group members who submitted the abstract. Individuals who are not involved in the project should not be the presenters. Presentations should last 10 minutes. While the group can assign one member to present, the presentation is not limited to a single individual and can be delivered in a group format.
- Language: Presentations must be in English.
- Attendance Requirements:
- Students in Taiwan Universities: Must attend in person.
- Overseas Students: Encouraged to attend in person but may attend online with a special request and consent from the organizer. - Participation: Individuals or groups selected for the final list must attend the conference with at least one member present. They should be prepared to answer any questions from the session chairs.
